Fashion Forward Fund

1. About the Fund

Fashion Forward Fund (“the Fund”) is a privately funded, non-profit initiative committed to supporting the next generation of fashion talent. The Fund provides financial grants to selected designers based on merit, creativity, and originality.

2. Funding Source

The Fund is entirely privately financed. It does not accept public donations, investments, or external contributions. All grants are disbursed from internal resources and are not intended to generate any financial return or benefit for the Fund or its founders.

3. Grant Purpose and Use

Grants awarded are intended to support emerging designers in showcasing their collections and advancing their careers. Funds may be used for production, runway presentation, marketing, or other creative development purposes, as outlined in the application and subject to Fund approval.

4. Selection Criteria

Grants are awarded through a selective application process. Selection is based on artistic merit, originality, innovation, and potential for industry impact. All decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Fund’s selection committee and are final.

5. No Obligation or Liability

The Fund is under no obligation to provide funding to any applicant and reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the grant program at any time. By applying, applicants agree that the Fund is not liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred in connection with the application process or use of the grant.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property submitted as part of the application remains the property of the applicant. The Fund may request limited rights to use imagery or designer information for promotional and reporting purposes, with the applicant’s consent.

7. Non-Discrimination

Fashion Forward Fund does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, nationality, religion, or background. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive creative community.

8. Privacy

Applicant information is collected solely for evaluation and administration purposes. We respect the confidentiality of your data and will not share or sell your information to third parties.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This Fund operates under the laws of the State of New York. Any legal matters arising from participation in the Fund shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
